At DigiSolved, we sell non-tangible, digital goods. Hence, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once the product is delivered/downloaded.
❗ No Refund Scenarios:
- Incorrect product selection by customer
- Digital download already delivered
- Claim submitted after 48 hours of purchase
✅ Refund Exceptions:
A full refund may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment or double charge
- Product not delivered within 24 hours
- Downloadable link or license key is invalid and cannot be replaced
To request a refund, you must:
- Submit a written request to digisolvedofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours
- Include order ID and proof of issue
📦 Cancellations:
Orders once placed and processed cannot be canceled. However, if your payment is made and the product hasn’t yet been delivered, you may request cancellation.
